These Payment & Pledge Terms govern financial transactions conducted through Christian Vine, including subscriptions, donations, crowdfunding pledges, creator support, or mission development contributions.

Using Christian Vine’s financial features means you agree to these Terms.

1. Third-Party Payment Processor

Christian Vine uses PayPal and other approved providers to process transactions.
By transacting, you agree to those providers’ terms.

Christian Vine never stores full payment card details.

2. Types of Transactions

We may support:

• Monthly pledges

• One-time contributions

• Project voting pledges

• Recurring creator support

• Funding for future modules

• Digital item purchases (where applicable)

All transactions are voluntary.

3. No Guaranteed Outcomes

Crowdfunding, voting, or pledging does not guarantee:

• Delivery of specific platform features

• Timelines or release dates

• Personal rewards

• Preferential treatment

Pledges support the broader mission, not contractual deliverables.

4. Refund Policy

All pledges, donations, and payments are generally non-refundable, except where:

• Required by law

• Automatically reversed by PayPal

• Duplicate transactions occur

We reserve the right to issue or deny refunds at our discretion.

5. Fraud Prevention

We may suspend or cancel transactions for:

• Suspected fraud

• Disputed charges

• Abuse

• Chargebacks

• Terms violations

We may also freeze balances pending investigation.

6. Taxes

Users are responsible for:

• Personal tax reporting

• Earnings tax obligations (for creator monetization)

• Any regional sales or VAT requirements

Christian Vine does not provide tax advice.

7. Termination of Financial Features

We may modify or discontinue financial features at any time.

8. User Conduct in Financial Activity

You may not:

• Use pledges to manipulate votes

• Mislead others about outcomes

• Run fraudulent campaigns

• Solicit funds deceptively

• Use Christian Vine for money laundering

Violations may lead to permanent removal.

9. Subscription Renewals

Where subscriptions exist:

• Renew automatically unless cancelled

• Users may cancel anytime

• Benefits end at the next billing cycle

10. Creator Monetization

When creator monetization is enabled:

• Earnings are based on community giving

• Christian Vine may deduct processing fees

• Withdrawals happen through PayPal (where available)

• Minimum withdrawal thresholds may apply

11. Liability

Christian Vine is not liable for:

• Loss of income

• Payment processor errors

• Failed pledges

• Delays in feature development

• Disputes between users

We may update these terms as required.
